What follows is an outline of the roles and responsibilities of staff who are involved in the Metamorphosis product line.

An underpinning foundation for the development team has been a solid understanding of the requirements of the growing e-learning industry. Core staff members, Gordon Layard and Andrew Poulos together have over two decades dedicated experience in the design and development of e-learning systems and implementations.

This coupled with a strong foundation in project management, prudent financial management, sales and marketing makes for a dynamic and competent development team. We firmly believe that the proposed mix of skills and talents represented by our team will ensure every opportunity for success not just for ourselves, but for you, our customers.

Lise Barry	Quality Assurance Manager	Quality assurance of all project phases and documentation, legal and contractual management, system testing.
Bert Lancaster	Lead Programmer	C++ programming, develop progamming methodologies, and assist in the implementation of testing procedures.
Jason Tsai	Graphic Designer	Design of system user interfaces, design of tutorial templates and interfaces.
